There's something pretty special about photographing families amongst a field of sunflowers.
A beautiful change of scenery, gorgeous light and plenty of flowers to explore.
These sessions are a lovely mix of family portraits, playful moments and all the little interactions that happen in between.

Terms & Conditions of Sunflower Mini Sessions 2026

Sunflower Mini Sessions are $295 per family and include a 20 minute photography session, 10 professionally edited digital images of your choice, a private online selection gallery and the $100 sunflower field access fee.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

As these are limited seasonal sessions with a prearranged field access fee, please choose your booking carefully.
If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Where availability permits, I am happy to arrange a transfer to another available sunflower session date.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of your session fee to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

Sunflower sessions are held outdoors and are subject to weather and field conditions.
In the event of unsuitable weather, unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond my control, I may need to postpone or reschedule your session.
If I am unable to provide your session or arrange a suitable alternative, you will be offered a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session.
As sessions are booked consecutively, late arrivals may result in reduced photography time. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended beyond their allocated finish time.

Your booking includes 10 professionally edited digital images of your choice, selected from your private online gallery within 1-3 weeks.
Additional images and a full digital gallery upgrade are available for purchase, with the full gallery upgrade priced at $200.
Final images will be delivered digitally. RAW and unedited images are not included.

Mini Sessions are designed for immediate families of up to six people. Please contact me before booking if your group exceeds this number. A double session will be required for more than (6) members

Please respect the sunflower fields and follow any instructions provided by the farmer or photographer.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please avoid picking or damaging sunflowers unless permission has been expressly given.

Your photographs are for personal use. Zoe Rane Photography retains copyright in the images.
Permission to use photographs for my website, portfolio or social media will be requested separately and is entirely optional.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
